Open Positions

Public Adjusters (Licensed) – Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Florida

We are seeking licensed Public Adjusters who are driven, professional, and eager to advocate for policyholders. As a Public Adjuster at Panther Public Adjusting, you will:

  • Work directly with clients to assess property damages and file claims.
  • Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize settlements for policyholders.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of claims and ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, and industry professionals.

Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Public Adjuster license in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, or Florida.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in claims adjusting, insurance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Public Adjuster Apprentices – Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Florida

Are you looking to start a career in public adjusting? We are offering Public Adjuster Apprentice positions to motivated individuals who want to learn the industry and obtain their license. As an apprentice, you will:

  • Receive hands-on training from experienced Public Adjusters.
  • Learn how to inspect property damage, file claims, and negotiate settlements.
  • Gain knowledge of insurance policies and the claims process.
  • Assist in claim documentation and client communication.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to obtain a Public Adjuster license in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, or Florida.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to build a career in public adjusting.
  • No prior experience required—training will be provided.
