Yoel with Panther public adjusting is a lifesaver. I currently have investment properties in Pensacola Florida that sustained damages from hurricane Sally. My insurance company denied my claims. I had to replace all the roofs with money out of my pocket. All I can say is Yoel and Panther public adjusting are the best thing that has ever happened to me professionally. Thank you!

We called in Panther Public Adjusting to help us with our insurance claim after damage to our home and property caused by Hurricane Sally in Pensacola FL. After the hurricane deductible our insurance company claim did not provide enough to fix even one issue caused by the storm. We called Panther for a second opinion and Yoel came to our home to review the damage and our previous insurance claim. He was kind and professional and explained the whole process to us every step of the way. Yoel and the Panther team were able to take their findings and earn us a significant settlement from our insurance company that will now allow us to fix all of the issues caused from the storm damage. Mendy Lipszyc was very professional he did an awesome job working with my insurance company. I had a lot of damage after hurricane Sally hit my home in Pensacola, Florida. Pensacola, Fl I suffered roof/structure damage from hurricane Sally. My family recommended a public adjuster to me but I was hesitant because I was not familiar with public adjusters. There are so many scam artists and fake businesses it’s hard to trust anyone but they assured me this guy was trustworthy. Yoel did not disappoint. He is so awesome. Yoel took the time to explain the process to me and eased all insecurities I had. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed. By using a PA, I am able to get my home repaired properly with little to no out of pocket expense. I highly recommend Yoel and Panther’s Public Adjusters.

I live in Pensacola, FL and I had Hurricane Sally damage to my roof, inside my house with ceilings and my privacy fence outside… My insurance was replacement value and after my $3200 deductible I received checks amounting to a little better then $7000… The amount they gave me in no way covered my roof let a lone the inside damage or the outside damage… After Hurricane Sally I had 6 different public adjusters come knocking at my door leaving business cards… Mendy Lipszyc with Panther Public Adjusting was the only one that really took the time and showed a real initiative in wanting to help me out, he appeared to be very knowledgeable of the laws and my rights… Mendy ask if he could briefly look around… He ask to see my insurance policy and read over everything and explained it to me and how it works as he went through it… Being sceptical of course with all of the scams I told him I would like to think about it before making a decision and wanted to see what my insurance had to offer… He ask if I knew anyone else with damage and I sent him over to my sisters house… Now granted my sister was not even going to file a claim because she did not even think she had enough damage to exceed her deductible… Mendy took the same time with her and explained everything and she also told him she wanted to think about it… Mendy did not pressure us but he did keep in touch with us… After she and I thought about it and discussed it we decided to hire him… Thank God we did because he was able to negotiate with the insurance company and get my sister and I both well compensated for our damages, more then we ever dreamed he could!!! Thank you Mendy for your time and help!!!

Pensacola, Fl Hurricane Sally damage- Adjuster Yoel…I’ve never heard of a public adjuster until I sat next to a friendly likable guy named Yoel, on a flight to Miami. He asked me how I made out with my insurance, from the hurricane. I told him and he offered to come look at my house the very next week, to make sure they did me right. I didn’t think there was much he could do, bc I had force placed insurance, but I gave it a shot. Yoel and his company are very knowledgeable and told me things the insurance companies would never tell you. He did a full inspection (unlike the insurance company) and he fought for me just like I was family. He ended up getting me almost 5 times the amount the insurance company was gonna pay and in just a couple months. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that ever has to place an insurance claim!!!

So glad that I found Panther PA! After Hurricane Sally struck in Pensacola, my house was a mess but the insurance tried to downplay the damages. My adjuster Yoel was so professional and thorough. He discovered plenty of items that my insurance company overlooked. I also appreciated that he was on time for appointments and kept me informed throughout the process. If you’re not getting a warm fuzzy feeling from your insurance company, give Panther a call and ask for Yoel – you will not be disappointed.

Do you know all the Florida statutes and laws concerning storm damage and how to get an insurance company to abide by their own contract? After Hurricane Sally hit Pensacola, my property looked like a war zone (My opinion). The insurance company sent out an adjuster to see how low they could go. After I got a small check for roof repair, I contacted Panther Public Adjusting. Yoel came in and gave all my property a very extensive inspection and found so much storm damage I didn’t know I had. Mendy and Yoel went to work negotiating with the insurance company. I don’t know what I would have done without Panther Public Adjusting. I would had to pay back a massive loan. I just can’t thank Yoel and Mendy enough for all they did. Highly recommended.
